Line Control

Line Control Line Control places you on a map split into points to conquer, where each link drawn from your base immediately sends a squad to a neutral or enemy position. From the first seconds, you must read the terrain, observe the numbers displayed on each point and sense where to commit your effort without weakening yourself. A successful game often begins with a rapid expansion toward free positions, but the situation changes quickly when the opponent opens several routes at the same time. You then make short, almost instinctive decisions between reinforcing an exposed base, diverting a line to cut off an enemy advance, or attempting a breakthrough that can flip the whole map. The objective remains simple, to take control of all enemy points, but the path to achieve it is never truly simple. Across levels, you experience each clash like a small puzzle under pressure, with bottlenecks that appear as soon as a key position falls at a bad moment or an overly ambitious dispatch empties your defense. You must accept to bide time, to consolidate an important node, and then go again as soon as an opening presents itself. Some maps reward a quick capture of neutral points, others require holding a central base while your forces redistribute. An intelligently chosen route can speed victory, whereas a poor connection disperses your forces and gives the initiative to the enemy. As controlled bases gradually increase your overall advantage, each conquest shifts the balance and changes your assessment of the game. The whole remains easy to understand, but tense enough to make you want to optimize every move until the last point is captured. Enjoy!
