Beach Defense - Merge Tower places you on a gridded beach where each wave of enemies forces you to build a denser, livelier and better-thought-out defense. From the start of a match, you place towers on free tiles, then you merge two identical structures to obtain a more powerful version. Very quickly, the pressure mounts, as opponents become more resilient and advance in numbers, which pushes you to reorganize your space without wasting time. You earn coins with every elimination, which allows you to buy new towers, unlock upgrades and reinforce what still holds the line. You quickly feel that particular tension between expansion and consolidation, when one area seems solid while another already threatens to give way under the continuous flow of waves.
During the match, you make rapid choices: should you invest immediately in a new tower, merge to reach a higher tier, or keep your resources for a critical moment. Some decisions completely change the pace, notably when active powers are unlocked and provide precious aid at the right moment. You must also take advantage of quick-buy tools to fill the field more efficiently when the situation escalates. Between waves, you improve your setup and try to prepare the next phase, because a good defense is never fixed. Variety comes from the mix of discovering new tower types, rising difficulty and combinations you test to hold on longer.
